About - Renata is an orphaned Mage, who has lived at Lledrith School since she was little, after her parents were killed by humans. She has spent spent less than a year in her mastery, but there is little one can say to argue she hasn't earned it. One of the more powerful Mages running around, she does her best to help teach the students at Lledrith - particularly the children, whom she has a soft spot for after her own past - as well as advise the Great Headmaster. Her top priority will always be Lledrith and her fellow Mages, and she is extremely protective and loyal - something that is reflected in her familiar, Caryn.
Renata is rather charismatic as well as a decent speaker, something that comes in handy during her day job. She keeps an eye on local politicking when not teaching or managing the school enchantments, especially whenever Mages and anti-Mage sentiment are thrown into the forefront of Oedir. She also tends to help out villages that ask if there is a storm coming. In these situations, she is usually acknowledged, much to her discomfort, as Renata Stormbringer, due to her powers. On the battlefield, she makes for a formidable opponent, both due to her powers and adaptability, willing to break any rule necessary to win. However, she can be criminally stubborn off it as well as overly suspicious of non-Mages in the face of prevalent prejudice against her kind.
Friends - This Mage needs to get out more! She is in need of any colleagues or old classmates; she's also done and still does a far bit of traveling outside the school, and would definitely make a few acquaintances if treated without prejudice on the road. However, Renata would be fairly wary about revealing her true nature, as revealed by her tattoo on her left forearm. Also, she has a deeply rooted hatred and suspicion of humans due to her parents' death which would not be easy to overcome.
Enemies - It's simple: you threaten Lledrith or a Mage in any way, shape, or form, Renata will gleefully end you before you can say Oops. Also, if you're human, it is extremely easy to get on her bad side.
