So I mentioned this in the cbox but I just want to make an official announcement for the record: my medication is being adjusted, in a negative way in my personal opinion but it's kind of due diligence "we have to try everything to see what the problem is" kind of thing. The point is that it is affecting my ability to stay awake during the day. The pills I am still on make me super drowsy and miserable, which makes posting super difficult and miserable, so forgive me if for the next two weeks I'm a little slow and sluggish, if not completely functionless when it comes to posting and replies. I don't see my doctor until the 29th, in fact he's not even in his office at all this week so I can't even complain about this, so I'm kind of stuck for the time being.
I know I just started a bunch of threads with people like an idiot and I'm sorry. I'll get to them when I can if I can. Hopefully this will all be sorted on the 29th and I can get back in sync soon. |

So to update everybody on what's going on: Saw my doctor this morning and he made some lack luster changes to when and how much medication I take, which may be helpful. But the main medicine that we're focusing on has a really long half life so it takes a long time for changes made to take effect, so it still might be a week or two before I'm back up to speed. He didn't give me the okay to take the ritalin again but I think I'm going to be naughty and take it occasionally anyway because I just hate this feeling of being a bump on a log. But let's say it'll be another two weeks probably before I'm really back up to speed with everything, if these changes even work and that even happens.
So continue to bare with me. Sorry folks. I'm usually pretty slow, that's pretty normal of me, but not THIS slow. This is annoying. >< |
