blind, blind, another place i find, to escape the pain inside
So Dalton “Da” Coombs is your everyday, kind, gentle farmer that stays home with his only daughter that takes care of him. Or is there more to him beneath those blind eyes of his? A deadly weapon. A death master. The Grim Reaper of Grim Reapers, they call him. He sometimes wanders the lands, defending places he seems worthy or merely killing for the pleasure of it. He’ll also sometimes take on jobs at the right place, right time, for the right amount of coin. But is Da really fighting for good? Or is he evil? Or perhaps is he a shade of grey that fights for his own purposes? One would have to meet him and find out.
FRIENDSHIPS
Fighting buddies. He would like to have some pals to hunt down werewolves with (if they’re not a werewolf themselves, then he might either have to lie to them or fight other races). Probably to be his friend you might have to come up to him and ask him for a job needed to be done, or have a pleasant chat. He also might befriend someone mid-battle. As long as you’re on his side your good. He doesn’t like scavengers or anyone who takes advantage of those who can afford it, so if you’re on the same page you just as well have a good friend.
HATESHIPS
If you’re his target, you’re his enemy. He may sometimes or sometimes not go out of his way to make an enemy. It is a good excuse to fight, to satisfy his bloodlust. But most of all, any threat to his farm he deems to be worthy of winding up on the end of his blade. He hates werewolves especially. But if you are one that doesn’t mean he’ll hate you automatically. You just have a higher probability of being hated than the others. Always when he meets others he is wary, cryptically asking questions to find out about who they are. If they seem to be bandits or thieves, he will hate them as well, and they too shall wind up on his blade. And lastly, anyone that harms or threatens to harm his only daughter is enough to make him your worst adversary.
LOVESHIPS
His wife passed away, a long time ago. It would be kind of odd to see him finding another partner. He most likely won’t, but I’m up for any ideas. If he does find someone, they would become Olwyn’s new parent. Not sure how all of this would pan out, but who knows, it might be interesting.
