Magical Ability:
Werecat
Increased Senses - Can hear noises more easily like the small footsteps of a mouse on the forest floor, smell more easily like small remants of blood or body odor gross, see more easily like details of a spider web, has a more sensitive taste like an acute taste to bitter and sweet foods (keep the food bland and she would most likely still taste something but maybe not as intense), and can is more sensitive in physical contact.
Increased Reflexes - She can react to threats (or non-threats) more quickly like if an arrow (or bullet) was shot at her she could dodge at a speed that could save her from potential death.
Increased Speed/Strength - She can run faster than the average human and is stronger as well but her speed is her strong suit.
Increased Healing - She can heal from injuries faster than a normal human can. The process can be accelerated if aided by a healing spell.
Enhanced Bite - Her teeth are sharper and jaw so stronger is don't stick your fingers in her mouth or they may just come off with ease.
Enhanced Leap - Can jump higher and longer than a human.
Enhanced Flexibility - Can twist and bend body more than a human with no stress or damage on muscles and stay there for as long as needed.
Enhanced Balance - Can have perfect balance on an unstable or narrow surface with no (or little) effort.
Enhanced Agility
Stealth - May be paired with Illusions. More physical.
Night Vision - She has perfect (or near) vision in the dark and at night.
Feline Communication - Can meow to speak with felines that may be full-blooded and other feline Weres both in and out of Full animal form. Telepathy is still a thing in full cat form.

Mage Mark - a 'shadow' of a cats tail that points up back that is curved and starts at the base of the real tail
Cat-related Combat Spells - Emma can summon energy that takes the form of a feline. The below spells are not the only ones but are the only named ones.
Specific Named Spells
~ Cheetah Dash - a spell that takes the form of a (green, gold, grey) cheetah. It has max speed with minimal power behind it. Mostly used to throw enemies off guard and long range combat. May be used on self to get faster in movement speed (either or).
~ Jaguar Bash - a spell that takes the form of a (black, purple, cream) jaguar. It has max power with minimal speed. Mostly used in close combat where most can't dodge quick enough. May be used on self to get a stronger attack (physical) wise (either or).
~ Ocelot Sneak - a spell that takes the form of an (amber) ocelot. It has max stealth (invisibility) and appears when it locks on to a target. Has medium speed and medium power. Mostly used in capture attempts and against the sneakier of enemies to reveal them (knock them out of their hiding places, tripping, etc). May be used on self to get sneakier (either or).
Claws - Can make claws from fingertips made of energy.
Illusions - Mostly used for hiding ears and tail non-physically. Can use both on others and environment if needed.
Unknown Ability(ies) - Choker prevents these abilities from activating. [OOC Notes: These abilities shouldn't show up unless I have an urge to show them off and/or make some drams.]

Human - In Emmas human form, she has shoulder-length bubblegum pink hair with brown eyes. Her skin is as pale as snow while her nails and fangs are sharp but they don't look that way. On her back is a 'shadow' of her tail that curves and points upwards. It starts where her cat tail (Neko) would usually start. Her height is 5'4.
Neko - In Emmas Neko form, she has shoulder-length bubblegum pink hair with brown eyes. On top of her head rests two pink cat ears with black inside fur with a pink tail. Her skin is still pale like her human form but her fangs and nails now show signs of being sharp. She has her Mage Mark in the same place. Her height is 5'4.
Cat - In Emmas cat form, she has a pitch black pelt with pink ear and tail tips. Her eyes are still brown with pink mixed in (swirl).
Clothes:
Human/Neko - In human and Neko form, Emma usually wears clothing that covers up the majority of her skin but is still flexible so she can fight in it. Her colors mostly consist of pink, black, red, and maybe some white.
Cat - None
Accessories:
All of the above - Emma always is wearing a pink choker necklace with red lace. Any form? You can always find it on her.

Personality:
Emma was shy and antisocial ever since Mimi trained her to be wary of strangers. Who knows who's an enemy? She is quiet unless she is needed to speak. She is distrustful around strangers but can be loyal to ones who manage to earn her trust. She is impressionable to the ones she trusts so they may or may not convince her to do ‘bad’ things. She is modest about many things and can be easily embarrassed. Emma does her best to remain clear-headed at all times and alert. She is deceptive during fights but tends to not to be outside and can adapt to most situations. She's excitable when she isn't on her 'job'. (Considering her increased senses.) She has a fear of thunder/lightning storms or loud noises in general (hearing). She doesn't enjoy getting close to others (both touch and smell). She isn't interested in many foods since her increased taste can make something delicous, overly bitter or sweet. She hates it when others get close to her choker (instinct) and gets defensive.

Birth
Emma was parents that were a Mage and a Were. However, neither seemed to be present when she was found on the outskirts by a resident of Cendra City.
Emma was brought to a Cendra City orphanage when she was found by the resident on the side of a road. Luckily, the traveler wasn't someone who meant to harm other races and ignored her obvious Were blood. The Main Caretakers
5 years old
Emma had relatively okay life amongst the other orphans or abandoned in her younger years. The children didn't discriminate against Emma about her obvious ears and tail since the Main Caretakers did their best to teach the youngsters to not judge one based their bloodline or looks.
She made a friend, Tipp, who was a fairy that was very much cute in Emma's eyes within the five-year time frame. Don't question it. She loves cute things.
However, that would come to an end shortly.
One day came a seemingly young girl, who was anything but young. She seemed to be searching for something when she was allowed to look over the children. Yes. Anyone who comes to an orphanage is looking for children but it appeared that there was something... else she was looking for.
The moment the visitor looked over at the pink Neko she knew. Emma was adopted by the visitor and taken away from Cendra City, the orphanage, and her friend by extension. It was a very sad day for the young children.
Present Time
Mimi had to take off Emma's choker so she would have a chance to activate her Mage powers before putting it back on.
From then on, Mimi took it upon herself to train the young hybrid in the magical arts of a Mage. She taught her how to use her abilities in sync with each other so neither would be left out but neither would take over. Emma has been constantly moving around so she has picked up a few things from others and a few... others. A notables is the 'magical fox' that follows her around.
