So, ever since exiting the land behind the gates, Vidar is going to make his way back to Niwetri. He's pretty sworn and dedicated to the pontiff (aka the pope) of the fae, as he has known the pontiff since his time as General of the Swordsmen. Though, many years have past. However he remains ever so loyal. This is a canon position, so by no means is this required, merely a suggestion since it is an important role. Anyway, once he reaches the forest of the fae, the cathedral is going to be the first place he heads to. He wants to continue in serving the pontiff in anyway possible, even kept secret as necessary. But would it be the old pontiff he was expecting to see? That would be up to you. I imagine that it would be a new pontiff, since Vidar is almost 400 years old, unless somehow yours was really old by now. As for who the pontiff is, it can be anybody. A young guy, old man, or a girl even, but recently the pontiff has been referred to as 'he' by a few. Any name, face, age, etc. is all up to you. But if you want some good faces for a pope-looking person with the costume and everything I can help out with that too.

Anyway, so to the plot! I think this plot would be pretty cool, and might help further the plot of the site as a whole in some sense. I think it'd be cool if the pontiff, whether they're new or the old one, was evil. Like an evil person who is power hungry, trying to constantly outdo the fairy royalty and perhaps even the other races as well. Like maybe they're politically involved and like to put up a farce about how nice they are etc., but in reality they do things behind people's backs to get what they want. Maybe they could have an ulterior motive (whatever it would be, up to you) but ultimately they're evil or appear to be that way. So when Vidar comes knocking on their door to serve them, who wouldn't take this opportunity? They would then use him to do their bidding, or at least try to. Vidar, of course, would pretty much agree with anything the pontiff says if it makes sense. But this is of course, if the pontiff proves to be deceiving. But then as they use Vidar, it would be kept pretty much a secret, as who would want an undead in their ranks as they're supposed to be kept behind the gates of the graveyard. I'd imagine they'd use him to go out after the other races, do things that would ultimately attempt to sabotage their rivals in some way, but Vidar would not know that he's being tricked into this real purpose. Of course, other than going on having him go on secret missions, he and the pontiff can hang out... just pretty much do whatever and have some fun threads. How this ends, I do not know. But somehow I imagine that Vidar would realize that the pontiff has been using him, and I imagine that a few others would probably find out as well, so if they march in on the cathedral... that would be a good time for the pontiff to reveal their true motive, if they have one. xD Otherwise it might be a cool death, or a fight or something along those lines, but this would be way down the line.

Ok, this is shorter than I expected, but thanks for reading anyway. It's not a romance or anything cause Vidar's not definitely gay for the pontiff or anything but I think this would be a cool plot that could possibly branch out into something else, especially if the pontiff wants to see another war happening or something like that.
