Rhiannon has long dark hair and huge eyes. She looks like her mother, is something that she has heard more often than not while growing up. She has a long, lanky body that is only framed by the long length of her hair. Her appearance is almost exotic looking..like just maybe there is something else there beneath the surface that can't be seen right away. Her eyes are usually the first thing that people notice about her when they first meet. They are also the thing that gives away her feelings, even when she is trying to hide the truth from people. When her mother gets ahold of her or when she is obligated, Rhiannon will wear the flowing gowns and dresses that one connects to a princess of her position; otherwise she is in the pants and shirts that she has hidden away. Running outside the walls of the palace, her long hair braided back behind her.

She's the rebel and has been from the first day she was born. Wanting to run around in pants and shirts like her older brother instead of the flowing and regal gowns that her mother desperately tried to put her in. She will sneak out of the castle at a moment's notice and whenever she thinks it's possible that she can get away with it. Having inherited her father's temper, the two of them have often gotten tangled in shouting matches over her father's beliefs. She disdains her father's wants and needs for war and calls him a warmonger, which has gotten her punished more times than not. She's the one to push the line, the rules, and standard norm. She had no desire or want to be the heir to her father and feels bad for her brother. All the while, she's tries to remind him of the other side of things. To see both sides and that war...and her father are wrong and will not solve anything. For her the castle, is a prison and her father is truly her warden.

As the first daughter but the second child, her place in the family has been something that has been ingrained her from birth. Her father had his heir and had been hoping for a 'spare' but instead he got a girl. A girl that would never sit on the throne and now meant that he would need to try for another child to have the spare heir. Rhiannon wasn't unaware of her father's feelings and thoughts on her. She was nuisance to him and because of that, she never saw love from him. Only disappointment. Only disdain. She spent more times outdoors, in the stables. Spending time around the horses and servants that her father had. Finding affection and love in them more than she could ever find from her father. Her mother was more concerned with turning her into the proper princess. Grooming her to be the perfect bride that could be pawned off in some negotiation of her father's so that he could gain an alliance or more land. Rhiannon though, her parents aside, loved her siblings and thought the world of them. Iit made her laugh that they - who had such affection for each other..came from parents that struggled with giving any at all. As Rhiannon grew up she was educated as a person of her title and stature were expected to be and from the servants that she spent time with, were the ones that taught her about the world as it really was, beyond the walls of her parents castle. Wanting to see more....and experience more, she started sneaking out of the castle. Riding out at night to get away and really see things. Things that her father refused to have her learn about or refused to acknowledge. She would be caught time and time again and punished but the punishments never stopped her. Her arguments and disagreements with her father became more and more frequent. Seeing and experiencing things outside of the castle that would have her going toe to toe with her father over his political agenda and war issues.

Rhiannon keeps a little stiletto strapped to her thigh when she goes out riding at night, for protection. It was the only way that the staff that knows she was sneaking out would continue to let her do so. She's been trained and is quite good at using it.
