She can fully interpret and replicate the emotions, moods, and temperaments of others without reading apparent symptoms, allowing them to understand introverts or discover one emotion is actually hiding another. They can attack someone in a personal and emotional way since they know exactly what emotion is flowing through themselves and can use this knowledge to play against them. She also posses emphatic healing. This is a level that is somewhat rare and not many can master. Empaths can heal emotional wounds, but healing physical wounds is somewhat uncommon. When an Empath "heals" wounds that are physical, they don't heal the actual injury. The Empath simply takes the pain into themselves so the victim no longer feels that pain. Empaths can easily heal emotional wounds, but healing physical wounds is somewhat uncommon.

Describing Noelle would never really do her any justice , even though when it comes to her appearance she is a rather humble individual. At first glance she has a soft glow about her , some would say that it was her aura others would say that the sun hits her in just the right way. Being a hybrid she doesn't look over the age that she drank from the spring , looking to be in her late twenties. Her hair changes as frequent as the seasons. She is always doing something else with her hair , maybe its the rebellious part of her that is always wanting to change are a soft hair. Or it could be that she simply doesn't want to look like the family that abandoned her. She stands around 5'6 , a nice height with very long legs. The one thing she takes pride in the most is her legs. Her eyes are a soft hazel color , the frequent between a deep green and soft brown. Noelle also has tattoos all over her body that cover scars from her childhood. The one that stands out the most is the tribal tattoo she has on her right hand. More tattoos cover her body , a lot of them covered by the clothing that she wears.

Noelle is a hard one to describe. She's complicated and hard to figure out. Sometimes has the potential to be a heartless bum , a serial killer , but some how she keeps herself from crossing that line. Somehow she keeps herself focused on the task and doesn't waste time feeling such things. Feeling that hole with helping others people she helps herself. Honestly to a lot of people - Noelle isn't a nice woman and to be honest she doesn't give a shit. They might think this of her because of her position. ( Mostly this is the case ) But I suppose it isn't black and white with her. She lives in a air tight shell that was forged on her when she was younger , not letting anyone in easily and becoming mean just to push people away. The beginning was where things first started to go wrong. Slowly but surely. She wasn't always this way , she was once a nice young lady but the events that happened in her life changed that. She tried to be optimistic but she figured it got her no where. All people did was walk on you - think you were weak. So the old Noelle was tossed to the side only to come out every now and again. There's the girl on the surface that will punch you in the face if you look at her wrong and then there is the girl underneath that only a select few can bring out. Those that manage to get under his skin , she'll have your back. She's a very loyal person., probably just instincts but she'll have your back regardless of how much trouble your in. You can count on her. Overall she'll for sure have your back , that is , if you trust her enough to turn your back on her. Truthfully , this is all because she had to watch her own back being the oracle. Many people pretend to like her just to use her for her visions. To people she doesn't care about , she doesn't find the time to explain herself or let them get to know her. The only way to get to know her would not to give up on her or she has to find you interesting enough.



Noelle is a sexual person , maybe because it just reads on her facial expressions or her body language. She isn't a whore however , she doesn't sleep around. She is a bit of a tease in different ways. She's a sensual and seductive woman ; and she doesn't think there is anything wrong with that.She isn't known to hurt men or woman physically , but emotionally perhaps. Noelle teases and gets what she wants , but it doesn't mean that the other people feel the same way. She's never felt love and she knows that in her race they usually marry early and spend their whole lives together. Maybe she is this way from loving to hard before , so she doesn't want to do it all over again. She hated the feeling of losing someone she loved so hard. Knowing that you tried your best and it didn't work , that has to be the worst feeling of all. Everything is black and white with Noelle , but is she? She's more complex then all of that.

Explaining Noelle would should probably start from the very beginning. Noelle's mother was apart of the royal court. She was the sister to the merfolk king. She was everything you expected out of a lady I. the court. She was well off, she was beautiful and smart. But most of all she was one of the most stand out women in the court under the queen of course. She was a loving and understanding woman.  She was the ideal women to be married to ,  because her ties to the court and just because she was exceptional. One day , just a random day on land she ran into a man.  They became joined at the hip and they fell in love. Noelle'saw mother kept the a secret however from her own people because this man was a immortal. He didn't want to stay a secret , he wanted to show his love to her by marrying her. Once she kissed him once secretory she could dhow he want was under the waves he took it upon himself to ask her brother ;  the king permission to marry her. His request was denied and he was also banished from sea. The king then punished her mother by banning her from  ever seeing hi. again. If she did then she would also be banished from the sea. He also told her it was best this way. Soon after this ; she found out she was pregnant. At the time she was excited about it but again she was a disappointment to the court. They hid her pregnancy and hid her from the court. Moving her to the middle of nowhere to tend to her bastard hybrid daughter. Her mother was worried weather she would be a merfolk or not. But she adapted well to the water and even though she was a hybrid Noelle could still live under the water.

Soon her mother was invited back to court but she had to leave Noelle behind. She could visit but Noelle could not go with her. She would have a house mother that would tend to her. Noelle's mother was cold at this point. She had lost it all and now she could go back. So she did and left Noelle behind. It wasn't all bad. Materialistic things were given to her by her mother to replace her presence. She would visit often athe first , then less when Noelle got older. Noelle was able to attend royal ceremonies but she did he was always always outcast. She was technically a lady but she was treated less then. The king , her uncle definitely didn't acknowledge her. She was tired of it all. Noelle set our to find her father , she needed to understand the other side of her. She didn't feel complete. For years she begged her mother to let her know who her father was. One rainy day her mother broke down crying tell her about how she had lost everything. She had lost the lover of her life and she had lost Noelle as a daughter due to her neglect. She also told her that she had to make a choice between having them or being accepted by the court. She chose to be apart of the court. Noelle went on a search for her father and for years. She finally found him and he adored Noelle the moment he met her. They spent months catching up and building a relationship that they were never able to get. Soon her spoke about the immortal ceremony and he pushed her to do. When she drank she didn't feel much of a difference , she didn't even know then if as a hybrid it would do anything. She was much more mer then she was a immortal , wasn't she ? That was until she was blessed with the power of empathy. She was also able to heal through this power. She spent many years on land healing those that needed it mentally and physically. But she missed the water , so she went back. There she was greeted like she usually would be. She didn't expect anything less. The King did accept her as part of the court but barely , just for his sister. She started healing people and became to heal people emotionally. Whether you wanted to get rid of guilt or jealousy. Any emotion that was causing stress and illness she was able. Since meeting her father she goes back and forth on land. Noelle had a better relationship with her father since meeting him , then her mother. But she loved the sea to much to leave it.
